Application

  1. Application for graduates’ confirmation can only be made by graduates (have been convo).
  2. The application form can be downloaded here. UG PG
  3. For current students, you are not allowed to apply at the Academic Management Division.

Processing

  1. The verification letter will be in Bahasa Malaysia or English is depending on the applicant’s request.
  2. Applications will be processed within 5 working days for students entering 2000 and above, and students enrolled before 2000 will be processed within 2 weeks.

Collection of Verification Letter

  1. Applicants may choose to pick up their own at the Academic Management Division’s counter or by mail.
  2. The applicant may delegate to a third party to collect the letter, however must be submitted with representative’s forms.
  3. For postal application, postal rates are as shown as below:

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. A verfication letter will not be issued to applicants who are still in debt to the University.
  2. It is the responsibility of the applicant to arrange for him personally the delivery of the affidavit by post, email or facsimile to any third party in need of such declaration.
  3. The university will only issue a written declaration to the applicant, any request for email or facsimile of the declaration will not be allowed.
