Online Transcript (UTMTras)
- Apply the academic transcript via UTM Transcript Application System (UTMTras). Please make sure you are enrolled on year 2000 onwards. Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS before proceed.
Manual Transcript
- Manual Transcript is for graduates that was enrolled before year 2000. Please provide the complete form with online payment receipt through eCommerce UTM when submit the application.
- Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Collecting of Certificate/Transcript
- Graduates are entitled for one set of certificate & academic transcript after convocation.
- Collection can made by:
- 1. Self Collect – AMD Counter
- 2. Representative – Submit Form K1
- 3. Post/Mailing – Submit Form K2 & pay the postage fees through eCommerce UTM
